Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Welcome to ElevGrid. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or purchasing our industrial equipment and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the website at elevgrid.com (the "Site"), or by purchasing industrial products and engineering services from ElevGrid ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use this Site.
B2B Commercial Scope & Purpose
ElevGrid is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform offering heavy industrial equipment, power infrastructure products, and engineering solutions (including but not limited to power transformers, industrial pumps, vibrating screen mesh, generator sets, battery energy storage systems, and power cables). This Site is intended strictly for commercial, corporate, and professional buyers, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
Note: We do NOT engage in retail business. Our core service is B2B customization, project-based manufacturing, and large-volume supply.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, product datasheets, CAD drawings, images, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of ElevGrid or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial redistribution of any material without prior written consent from ElevGrid is strictly prohibited.
Product Specifications and Technical Information
We strive to ensure that all technical parameters, product specifications, performance curves, and equipment descriptions on this Site are accurate and up to date. However:
- Technical data, drawings, and performance curves provided on the Site are for general reference and informational purposes only.
- Binding specifications, duty points, voltage levels, and engineering guarantees are established solely through formal written commercial contracts, Proforma Invoices (PI), or official Technical Specifications agreed upon by both parties.
Quotations, Orders, and Commercial Contracts
Inquiries submitted through this Site or email do not constitute a binding sales agreement. A formal commercial contract is formed only when ElevGrid issues an official Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice (PI) and receives the agreed deposit or advance payment as stipulated in the contract.
Pricing, Payment Terms, and Taxes
All prices quoted on the Site or in official proposals are in USD (or other agreed currencies) and are typically based on EXW, FOB, CIF, or CFR terms (Incoterms 2020) as specified in the quotation. Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and tariffs in their destination country unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Freight, Shipping, and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines, delivery schedules, and port of discharge details are governed by the specific commercial agreement entered into between ElevGrid and the buyer. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms 2020 clause.
Warranty and Quality Assurance
ElevGrid provides equipment warranties as outlined in the individual Product Warranty Statement or commercial contract accompanying each shipment. Warranty claims are subject to proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the equipment according to ElevGrid’s operating manuals and international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ISO).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElevGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, production downtime, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or the performance of our products.
User Conduct and Site Security
You agree not to attempt to breach the security of the Site, upload malicious code, scrape data using automated tools, or use the Site in any manner that could disrupt or impair ElevGrid’s servers or network infrastructure.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements for the supply of goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ElevGrid's registered business entity. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, submitted to binding arbitration in the designated jurisdiction specified in the commercial contract.
